DevOps Engineer (Medior)

Location: Belgrade

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Kubernetes clusters, automate deployments, and ensure the infrastructure runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with development teams to streamline the delivery process and ensure our applications perform at their best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters that are both highly available and scalable.
  • Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous delivery of new features.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented across the infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Ready to apply? This is what we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker, CRI-O.
  • Knowledge of Helm for package management in Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Nice to haves:

  • Understanding of Kubernetes security practices and tools like OPA or Falco.
  • Experience with GitOps and managing Kubernetes through Argo CD.
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
